Very common patients come with multiple symptoms at a time such as fatigue, dizziness, frequent headache, poor appetite, sleepiness all time, poor energy, constipation, abnormal periods and more. Doctors usually try to join the jigsaw and come up with a picture ( diagnosis). Majority of diagnosis are not " true disease" but " symptoms reflecting deep down imbalance of your body function". Many patient end up receiving "pills" to treat those symptoms( jigsaws). So Here is a simple tip to differentiate between "stress related symptoms" Vs "true disease".
our If those symptoms improve/go away when u r on y vacation/holidays/weekends/happy days -- its more likely lifestyle related ( mostly unnoticed stress). but, if it persist/progress even beyond the above steps-- its more likely disease. Just try. Start with constipation or back pain/headache. 📷🙂 May be u ll be able to understand " nature of ur body" better than anyone else.
