Hi, I am Winai B. , Adult Medicine Specialist ( Internal Medicine). I have summarize for you the key screening Questions that might trigger an alert button for you before it’s too late.

We are aging everyday and no one can tell you better than your own body . So,lets start with a little "self checklist" , to screen whether your body is telling you something :
1. Are you obese ( BMI>25) ? 2. Heart rate at rest > 90/min, breathing rate at rest > 16/min ? 3. Breathlessness upon 2 flight of stairs ?
4. Unhappy & not fresh upon awakening?
5. Daytime symptoms( indigestion, headache, poor focus etc) ? 6. Low muscle endurance and strength ? 7. Difficult sleeping ? 8. Snoring? 9.
